Youth Business & Entrepreneurship Training
YOUBET is an initiative that was started in 2002 by the Small Enterprise Development Unit (SEDU), now Centre for Enterprise Development Inc, as a way of expressing our philosophy on youth entrepreneurship.
YOUBET is held in collaboration with government departments, schools and community organisations.
The goal of YOUBET is to expose young people entrepreneurial and business education, as a means of encouraging them to seek alternative avenues for employment creation and income generation. The programme also seeks to nuture the spirit of entrepreneurship.
This programme targets unemployed youth; youth who own businesses or who may wish to start businesses.
